Subscription prices

• Monthly: US$5.99, billed every month.
• Quarterly: US$15.99, billed every 3 months.
• Annual: US$47.99, billed every 12 months.

All plans include the same features: connect Emby, Jellyfin or Plex, browse, search, view details, select episodes, switch sources and play media while access is active. You supply a reachable media server, an authorized account and lawful media content. Your phone is for configuration and preview only.

10-day free trial

Eligible new accounts receive a one-time 10-day trial on their first login. It starts when access is granted; check your account for the expiry time. No card is required, and the trial never automatically becomes a paid subscription.

Eligibility follows the offer available at first login. Accounts with active access do not receive an additional trial. Signing in again or scanning a phone link does not grant another trial. After expiry, you can still sign in, manage and browse sources, but cannot start new playback.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

A subscription starts only after an active purchase and consent to automatic renewal. It renews on the selected cycle. Cancelling future renewal leaves the current paid period active until expiry, with no further renewal.

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment; duplicate charges are refunded for the duplicate amount. Cancellation and refunds are separate actions: read the refund and cancellation policy, or contact support.

Before you use NexlaTV

Software access excludes media content, media server accounts and third-party memberships. Intel Atom systems may suffer browser crashes and are not supported for reliable use. Read the compatibility guide. Viewing while moving is for passengers only; drivers must not watch or operate the service.
